Alexey Karmanov is a professional Massage Therapist who strives to provide highly effective treatment to specific muscular-skeletal problems, but can easily provide superb relaxation massage or prenatal session as well. Alexey graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy and spends his spare time reading and learning about various therapeutic techniques. He specializes in deep tissue, treating upper back, neck, shoulders and upper front chest pains as well as thorasic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, piriformis syndrome, sciatica and other physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, augment physical function and pain relieve of his clients. Alexey is praised by many of his clients for his deep tissue, impactful therapeutic massage skills. He is always focused on client’s well-being and takes time to recommend additional exercises on the basis of individual necessity and develop personalized treatment plans.

Manual Osteopath

Angela completed her studies at the National Academy of Osteopathy and graduated with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP)

In addition to her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice, Angela undertook 152 hours of training in Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT). She is using CDT to improve the functioning of an impaired lymph vessel system. CDT is a non-invasive treatment for Lymphedema. The therapy includes a variety of techniques, including manual lymphatic drainage, compression, exercise and skin care.

Angela’s treatment plans are targeted to balance the client’s whole body by using soft tissue techniques and stretches for all muscle groups, as well as preparing clients for Osteopathic Manipulations and Cranial treatment as required to provide full coverage.

She strives to help restore her clients’ balance of health, energy, and well-being.

Insurance companies which recognize these treatments include: Manulife, Sunlife, Empire Life, Green Shield, Desjardins, Manion, Nextgen, Benecaid, Cooperators, Johnston group, Chamber of commerce, CINUP. Treatments may also be covered by other insurance companies or by self-insured company plans.
